Complete list of all skills, perks, tank paint camouflage, equipment, and consumables available. Includes the bonus available to tank and crew during a game.

Skills and Perks Rating

The Skills and Perks available to players have been rated as to its effectiveness on a scale of 1 to 5 as follows:
  1. Practically useless or of very little value add. Leave to absolute last to acquire
  2. Provides some value under certain circumstances. A "nice to have" skill or perk
  3. A value add skill or perk that should be acquired in time
  4. A very good skill or perk that the player should seriously consider adding to crew skills
  5. A must have skill or perk. Highly recommended!

Tank Ammo

Gun Types

Skills

Available to all tank crews from all countries. Activate immediately and become more effective as the crew train the skill. Skills can be swapped out anytime for 10 Gold.

Description

Camouflage Camouflage Skill 4 All Lowers the chance the tank will be spotted requiring enemies to be closer in order to detect your tank. The Camouflage skill is cumulative with the Camouflage Net equipment.
Fire Fighting Fire Fighting Skill 3 All Increase in the crew's ability to put out a fire i.e. the faster a fire is put out the less the amount of damage per second the fire does to the vehicle before it is extinguished. Note the burn rate of each tank is different
Repair Repair Skill 5 All Increase in Repair Time i.e. damaged module is repaired faster. Effect is cumulative with the Toolbox equipment. Note that each module on the tank has its own repair time, and repair times vary per tank
Jack of All Trades Jack Of All Trades Skill 3 Commander Enables the Commander to fill in for knocked-out crew members up to a maximum of 50% of the crew's skill. Only major qualifications are substituted. The replacement effect diminishes with each crew member knocked out so if 2 members are knocked out the Commander can perform their duties at 25% per crew member
Mentor Mentor Skill 3 Commander 10% Additional crew experience at the end of every battle.
Pain Tolerance Pain Tolerance 3 Commander Reduces the chance of critical damage to the tank's crew by 10%. This skill is more effective when combined with the Spall Liner equipment and the Large First Aid Kit consumable
Recon Recon Skill 4 Commander 2% Increase to the vehicle's View Range. Recon skill is cumulative with the Radio Operator skills Situational Awareness, and equipment Coated Optics and Binocular Telescope
Clutch Braking Clutch Braking Skill 3 Driver 5% Increase to the tanks Traverse Speed or rotation speed. The Clutch Braking skill is cumulative with the Additional Grousers equipment and consumables including Removed Speed Governor, Lend-Lease Oil, Quality Oil, 100-Octane Gasoline, and/or 105-Octane Gasoline
Controlled Impact Controlled Impact Skill 2 Driver 15% Reduction in damage caused by ramming to your vehicle and 15% increase in damage caused by ramming an enemy tank. Applies only when your vehicle is in motion at the time of impact. The Controlled Impact skill is cumulative with damaged received with Spall Liner equipment
Offroad Driving Off Road Driving Skill 3 Driver

Reduces ground resistance when driving on soft terrain by 10% and moderately soft terrain by 2.5% when fully trained that is applied to a tank's maneuverability and acceleration. There is no effect when driving on roads, cobblestone, or asphalt. The Offroad Driving skill is cumulative with the Additional Grousers equipment.

Smooth Ride Smooth Ride Skill 4 Driver 4% Reduction to the Accuracy Penalty and Shot Dispersion that is applied to shots made while the vehicle is moving. The Smooth Ride skill is cumulative with the Vertical Stabilizer equipment
Armorer Armorer Skill 3 Gunner 20% Reduction in the Accuracy Penalty that results from battle damage to a gun. The Armorer skill is cumulative with the equipment Vertical Stabilizer
Snapshot Snap Shot Skill 4 Gunner 7.5% Reduction in the Accuracy Penalty and Shot Dispersion that is applied to shots made while the turret is in rotation / traversing. The Snapshot skill is cumulative with that of Vertical Stabilizer equipment
Relaying Relaying Skill 2 Radio Operator 10% Increase to the Signal Range of all allied tanks within your tank's radio coverage. This skill has no effect on your tanks own Signal Range
Signal Boosting Signal Boosting Skill 3 Radio Operator 20% Increase to the Signal Range of your tanks radio
Situational Awareness Situational Awareness Skill 4 Radio Operator 3% Increase to the View Range of your tank. The Situational Awareness skill is cumulative with that of the Commander's Recon skill, Coated Optics, and Binocular Telescope equipment


Perks

Available to all tank crews from all countries. Perks become active only once 100% trained. Perks can be swapped out anytime for 10 Gold.

Brothers In Arms Brothers In Arms Perk 5 All

Improves major qualifications and all skills for the entire crew by increasing their Training Level by 5%. Perks are not affected. It also improve the Commander's Mentor skill by 5%. The Brother in Arms perk is cumulative with the Improved Ventilation equipment and consumables such as Extra Combat Rations, Case of Cola, Chocolate, Pudding and Tea, Strong Coffee, Improved Combat Rations, Buchty, or Coffee with Cinnamon Buns

Eagle Eye Eagle Eye Perk 1 Commander Enables the Commander to identify any critically damaged modules on a targeted enemy tank after a delay of 4 seconds in which damaged modules will appear below the enemy tank. Is effective both in indirect and direct fire modes
Green Thumb Green Thumb Perk 4 Commander Increase the camouflage factor when the tank is hidden in by 5%. This perk is more effective when combined with the Camouflage Net equipment and the Camouflage skill
Sixth Sense Sixth Sense Perk 4 Commander Enables the Commander to identify whether the vehicle has been detected by the enemy instantly. A visual indicator in the form of a light bulb appears in the bottom left screen portion of your battle interface
Swimming Lessons Swimming Lessons Perk 1 Commander Increases the amount of time the tank can survive underwater by 50%
Paratrooper Training Paratrooper Training Perk 2 Driver Enables your Driver to reduce the overall falling damage by 20%
Preventative Maintenance Preventative Maintenance Perk 3 Driver 25% Reduction in chance of engine fire by preventing gas or oil leakage in the engine compartment. The Preventative Maintenance perk is cumulative with the Automatic Fire Extinguisher consumable
Silent Driving Silent Driving Skill 3 Driver

Decreases the effect / penalty that movement has on the tank's camouflage factor by 50%. Silent Driving has no affect on Light Tanks. This perk is more effective when combined with the Camouflage skill

Track Mechanic Track Mechanic Perk 4 Driver Enables the driver Driver to repair damaged tracks faster by 20%. The perk is more effective when combined with the Toolbox equipment and the Repair skill
Deadeye Deadeye Perk 4 Gunner +3% Increase the chance that a shot will critically damage enemy vehicle modules and crew with AP, APCR, or HEAT shells. It does not work with HE or HESH shells
Designated Target Designated Target Perk 2 Gunner Targeted enemy vehicles within 10 degrees of your reticle remain visible for two more seconds than they normally would remain visible. The perk is effective both in direct and indirect fire modes
Muffled Shot Muffled Shot Perk 4 Gunner Decreases the effect / penalty when firing the tanks gun on the vehicles camouflage factor by 25%. This perk is more effective when combined with Camouflage Net equipment and the Camouflage skill
Adrenalin Rush Adrenaline Rush Perk 2 Loader 9.09% Reduction in the time to reload the gun if the tank has less than 10% of its hit points. The Adrenalin Rush perk is cumulative with the Gun Rammer equipment
Intuition Intuition Perk 2 Loader

17% chance to instantly switch the shell type if 2 or more shell types are available. Effect stacks with two loaders giving you a 34% chance

Safe Stowage Safe Stowage Perk 3 Loader 12.5% Increase to Ammo Rack durability by stowage of rounds in such a way that they do not come into contact with each other. The Safe Stowage perk is cumulative with the Wet Ammo Rack equipment
Call For Vengeance Call For Vengeance Perk 1 Radio Operator Enables the Radio Operator to continue to report enemy positions for an additional two seconds after the destruction of his/her own tank. If no Radio Operator exists the Commander must survive for this skill to take effect.

Iron Mace Iron Mace Skill 3 Gunner Increases your shells chance to retain its penetration value over distance / range.
NOTE: Iron Mace is only available to USSR tank crews that have trained this skill on the USSR tier 5 heavy tank - Bogatyr KV-220-2
Last Stand Last Stand Skill 3 Commander Boosts Crew proficiency by 10% when your vehicle's HP is less than 10%.
NOTE: Last Stand is only available to UK tank crews that have trained this skill on the UK tier 6 medium tank - Sherman Firefly Boilermaker
Snakebite Snakebite Skill 3 Gunner 5% Reduction in the gun dispersion which improves the gunner's accuracy. The Snakebite skill is cumulative with that of Vertical Stabilizer equipment, Snap Shot skill, and Smooth Ride skill.
NOTE: Snakebite is only available to UK tank crews that have trained this skill on the UK tier 6 light tank - Cromwell Snakebite
Supply Conservation Supply Conservation Skill 3 Commander Rationing technique gives your Commander a 10% chance to preserve a Consumable used during a battle.
NOTE: Supply Conservation is only available to German tank crews that have trained this skill on the German tier 7 medium tank - Revenant Kraft's Panther

Desert Camouflage Desert Camouflage All Increase to tank camouflage rating for that type of map through the addition of exterior camouflage paint. Each one will need to be purchased separately. Purchasing a Desert paint camouflage will only apply to Desert maps.

Urban Camouflage Urban Camouflage All Increase to tank camouflage rating for that type of map through the addition of exterior camouflage paint. Each one will need to be purchased separately. Purchasing a Urban paint camouflage will only apply to Urban maps.

Enhanced Gun Laying Drive Enhanced Gun Laying Drive Equipment All 10% Reduction in Aim-Time. An enhanced (automated) gun laying drive, or GLD, decreases the Aiming Time required to "lay" or aim the gun by -10% over the hand-cranked manual method alternative
Enhanced Suspension Enhanced Suspension Equipment All +10% Suspension Load Limit, +30% to Suspension hit points, and 50% reduction in damage due to suspension damage due to impact (i.e. you take less damage from falling). Main benefit is increased hit points to the tracks making your tank harder to track
Fill Tanks with CO2 Fill Tanks with CO2 Equipment All from Tier 6 +50% Fuel Tank hit points
Gun Rammer Gun Rammer Equipment All from Tier 3 except Autoloaders 10% Reduction in gun-loading time. Gun rammers increase loading speed and cause a 10% decrease to the manual hand-loading time. Rammers are highly recommended for every vehicle with a damage dealing role (i.e. everything except pure scout tanks)
Improved Ventilation Improved Ventilation Equipment All except Open Top Tanks 5% Increase to major qualifications and skills (role specific and non-role specific) for all crew members. No affect on Perks
